Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Eulogue, Eulaude, or EulaudeBiz, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Types and Subscriptions * Eulogee: Yearly subscription to access and collect contributions; download archives on payment of download fees. * Eulaudee: One-time users paying a one-time fee to collect and view contributions; download archive on payment of download fees. * EulaudeBiz: Organization accounts managing multiple Eulaudee sub-accounts. Billed annually based on capacity.

3. Account Termination & Closure * Free Termination: Terminating an account (either self-initiated or by Trustees) is completely free. * Download Window: Upon termination, users and Trustees have 30 days to download the final archive. Download is chargeable. * Auto-Close: At the end of the 30-day window, the account is automatically marked "Closed." Access to the dashboard and full downloads is revoked. All data will be purged after closure.

4. Trustee Responsibilities Users must nominate at least two Trustees. Trustees agree to act in accordance with the account holder's wishes. For Eulogue: At least two Trustees must agree to initiate a death-scenario termination.

5. User Conduct and Content Contributors ("Eulogers") are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material without permission. The Platform reserves the right to remove offending content and ban users.

6. Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided "as is." While we employ enterprise-grade security and backups, we cannot be held liable for data loss due to unforeseen catastrophic events or user error (e.g., sharing login links).
