Terms of Service

1. What You Are Agreeing To By creating an account or using Eulogue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Eulogue Does Eulogue lets you invite people to write stories and share memories about you. You choose Trustees to manage your account if you are no longer able to. The service includes account management, contribution collection, and secure storage of those contributions.

3. Your Account - You must provide accurate information when signing up. - You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. - You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Contributions - Once an Euloger submits a contribution, it is sealed and cannot be edited. - Eulogers choose whether their contribution is public or private. Public contributions may appear on a memorial page after account termination, if the Eulogee permitted it. - By submitting a contribution, the Euloger grants Eulogue the right to store and display it as described above.

5. Trustees - You must appoint at least two Trustees. - Trustees can initiate account termination by providing proof (such as a death certificate). - Trustees become the point of contact for payment and access to the full archive.

6. Payments and Fees - Eulogue charges a yearly subscription fee for access to abridged eulogies. - A separate closure fee applies when downloading the full archive upon account closure or termination. - All fees are shown on the Pricing page and your dashboard. Prices may change with notice. - Payments are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm anyone. - Submit false, offensive, or illegal content. - Attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
