Privacy Policy

What We Collect - When you create an Eulogue account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. If you are invited as an Euloger, we store only the email address your host provided and whatever you choose to contribute (stories, photos, videos, or audio).

How We Use Your Information - We use your information to:

  • Run your account and deliver the Eulogue service
  • Send you emails about invitations, notifications, and account activity
  • Process payments through our payment provider, Stripe

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Who Can See Your Data -

  • Eulogees can see abridged versions of contributions while subscribed, and full versions upon account closure.
  • Eulogers can only see and submit their own contributions.
  • Trustees gain access to the full archive when they terminate the account.
  • Public visitors can only see abridged versions of contributions marked as "public," and only after account termination (if the Eulogee allowed it).

Payments - We use Stripe to process all payments. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly.

Cookies - We use cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data Retention - Your data is stored securely for as long as your account is active. After account closure or termination, data remains available for download for a limited period, after which it is permanently deleted.

Your Rights - You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at eulogue2026@gmail.com.
